Training Programme Director
Born and brought up in Manchester, I returned here to do my GP training, having completed Medical School in Birmimgham. I joined Lockside Medical Centre in 2000, initially as a Retainer, before becoming a partner in 2007.
I have been a GP trainer since 2010 and have supervised STs, foundation year doctors and extension trainees. I am a CSA SOX supervisor and became Training Programme Director in 2018. I am really enjoying getting to know the trainees and supporting them on the next stage of their journey to becoming a GP.
Outside of work, I am very involved in my local rural community and enjoy spending time with my family.
